Common questions

How do I create my first chart?

Click "New Chart" on your dashboard or "Try Free" from the homepage. You don't need an account, the editor opens instantly and saves to your browser. Sign in when you're ready to save to the cloud.

Why can't I download my chart?

Free accounts get 3 downloads per week, tracked by account or IP address. If you've hit the limit, it resets after 7 days or you can upgrade to Plus for unlimited downloads.

How do I share a chart with my team?

Email sharing is a Plus feature. Upgrade to Plus, then open the Share dialog in the editor, enter a colleague's email, and set their permission to View or Edit. They'll receive an invite link. Public shareable links are available on all plans.

What is a public link?

Enabling the public link toggle makes your chart readable by anyone with the URL, no login required. It's read-only; visitors can't edit anything. You can disable it at any time.

How do I upgrade to Plus?

Go to your dashboard and click "Upgrade to Plus" in the sidebar, or visit the Pricing page. Plus is $5/month and includes unlimited downloads, email sharing, up to 50 collaborators per chart, and up to 100 charts.

How do I cancel my Plus subscription?

Open your dashboard, click "Manage subscription" at the bottom of the sidebar, and select "Cancel subscription." You keep Plus access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan. Your charts are never deleted.

My chart dates look wrong or bars are in the wrong place.

Check that your activity start and end dates are valid ISO dates (YYYY-MM-DD). The timeline auto-expands to fit your activities, if dates appear off, try opening Settings and setting the time range manually.

Can I export to Excel or CSV?

Currently we support PNG and PDF export. Excel/CSV export is on the roadmap. If this is important to you, let us know via the support email below.
